My go-to place whenever I need something healthy in shopping malls. Love my combo - veg base, smoky bbq, broccoli, edamame, spinach, tofu, soba and of course, Impossible meat (pretty good!). Clean and satisfying! $10.50

Was surprised to find an Impossible dish so close to me! It was my first time trying something with Impossible meat in it, and I heard about its reputation. The good news is that I really couldn't tell it was meat. But well, I guess if it was minced and drenched in gravy, I'm not exactly setting the bar very high.. looking forward to trying it in a burger and having my mind blown away! This was about $8.90 #veganisnotscary

First time trying a burrito from stuffd and I love it! they didn't have rice and the corn and mashed potatoes aren't vegan so I only got couscous and black beans but this was still yummy and filling :D #veganisnotscary
