I felt like I died and went to heaven after experiencing my first take out from Stuff I Eat restaurant in Inglewood. This is there Organic Soul Food Platter and it is filled with goodness and joy from their yams, mac’n’ cheese, BBQ tofu, cornbread (yours won’t have a bit it in - I couldn’t wait!), kale greens, black-eyed peas, and potato salad and coleslaw. It’s worth the drive but check their hours before you go! It’s the best soul food I ever tasted and my soul was thankful! Yours will be too! Support this black owned business since 2008! #losangeles

“SIE quesadilla, topped with vegan cheese sauce, wild rice blend, seasoned tofu, black beans, sautéed portobello mushrooms, mock chicken salad, carrot un-tuna, salsa, guacamole, sautéed broccoli, chopped kale, sprouts.” I again apologize for the takeout picture because of Coronageddon. If you don’t know what to order, this is another good choice because it’s also got a little bit of everything on a plate. It’s not as big as the burrito and comes with a salad. The husband likes this best.

“Deliciously smothered burrito topped with portobello mushrooms and broccoli wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla, seasoned tofu, black beans, wild rice blend, SIE sauce, tomato-based salsa, guacamole, and our house dressing.” I apologize for the takeout picture because of Coronageddon. If you don’t know what to order, this is a good choice because it’s got a little bit of a lot of their specialties - beans, tofu, guacamole, etc. And it’s enormous. Plus comes with a salad, and that’s what accounts for a bit of a mess in this box.

“Yams, mac n cheese, BBQ tofu, kale greens, black-eyed peas, cornbread muffin, potato salad and coleslaw.” Most of this is organic and I reckon GF. When you are near LAX airport you will go five minutes inland to quaint downtown Inglewood, and you will eat this. Everything is delicious. The only thing that doesn’t wow me is the Mac, because mine is spectacular (world’s best, I’ve been told). As you can see we had to order for pickup due to Coronageddon.
