Traditional sicilian dish in a 100% plant based version, it was super delicious! This street food place offers homemade veg arancine, deep fried right after you order it. The filling they opted for that night was aubergine and pesto trapanese (tomato pesto). I'm a local so I know what you should expect from a classic arancina, and that one had a tasteful filling and rice plus a crunchy cover correctly fried. So super recommended and I encourage more street food places to expand their veg options
