This crispy chili battered cauliflower, served with ranch dressing was delicious! I kept telling myself “stop eating or you won’t be able to eat your main course”. But what did I do? I cleaned my plate. The food at Saorsa 1875 never disappoints. Creative flavors and presentation. What a treat!

as with all the food at saorsa 1875, this was spectacular!! the chips were lovely and crispy 🍟, the banana blossom fish was a wonderful texture with a delicious crispy coating and the peas and tartare sauce were fabulous too, and it was all presented so beautifully. highly recommend 💗

Very different course, it was curried mango. Was good to try something different but not sure if I would have it again.

This was part of the set menu and first course. Was beetroot and horseradish ice cream. It was nice but not sure if the horseradish should of been ice cream.

"Crumbled Banana in Blossom "Fish" with minted pea hummus & remoulade sauce." I enjoyed this lunch. There wasn't a strong "fish" flavour which suited me. #huntsabs

First time I have tried banana blossom which tastes like “fish and chips”. I was surprised how lovely this tasted as I haven’t heard of it before and would recommend a visit to Saorsa to try it ☺️
