[ENG] I love pizza. 💚 What more can I say, I simply adore it. I love gluten, the long-risen dough, the toasted and crispy edges with air bubbles. I love the aroma of tomato sauce, olive oil, and garlic. I love that sip of cold beer after every slice. 🍕That's why, whenever I'm somewhere, I try to find a good place in advance. Because pizza is everywhere, but this one is really good... 🌶️ And so, before arriving in Gdańsk in Poland, I found Ristorante I Pazzi. Close to the train station and the city center. Perfect for a tourist. 🙂 The pizza in the photos looks good and they have a vegan menu. I knew it would be good. 🍕 And it was. From the moment I walked in. The place is wonderfully pleasant and authentic. Casual, unpretentious. And yet cozy. It smells amazing in here! 🤤 The choice is difficult, but I decide on Pizza Zeta. With vegan mozzarella, plant-based sausage, potatoes, onions, olives. Simply pure goodness! I ate it and drifted off, or rather, I came. 😉 Delicious dough, beautiful edges that let you soak up olive oil from the plate. The sausage, in chunky pieces, resembled the one from Polish brand Vege Smak. It paired perfectly with the soft potatoes. Let's be honest, plant-based cheeses are far from perfect. Here, the vegan mozzarella was just an addition. It completed the whole thing with its creaminess. It might not be here, as well. Because with good dough and sauce, even a classic marinara is a pure poetry. Everything worked perfectly here. 💚 Gentlemen, thank you. 🤘🏻 *** [PL] Kocham pizzę. 💚 Co to dużo pisać, po prostu uwielbiam. Kocham gluten, długo dojrzewające ciasto, przypieczone i chrupiące brzegi z bąblami powietrza. Kocham aromat sosu pomidorowego, oliwy i czosnku. Uwielbiam ten łyk zimnego piwa po każdym kawałku. 🍕Dlatego jak gdzieś jestem, staram się znaleźć dobre miejsce zawczasu. Bo pizza jest wszędzie, ale ta naprawdę dobra... I tak przed przyjazdem do Gdańska upatrzyłem sobie @ristoranteipazzi . Blisko dworca, centrum. Dla turysty idealnie. 🙂 Pizza na zdjęciach prezentuje się dobrze, do tego mają wegańskie menu. Już wiedziałem, że będzie dobrze. 🍕 I było. Już od wejścia. Lokal jest cudownie przyjemny i autentyczny. Na luzie, bez zadęcia. A jednocześnie przytulnie. Jakże tu pachnie! 🤤 Wybór jest trudny ale decyduję się na Pizzę Zeta. To wegańska mozzarella, roślinna kiełbaska, ziemniaki, cebula, oliwki. No po prostu samo dobro! Zjadłem i odpłynąłem czy raczej doszedłem. 😉 Pyszne ciasto, piękne brzegi, którymi możemy zbierać nadmiar oliwy z talerza. Kiełbaska w kawałkach, przypominała tą z Vege Smaku. Idealnie łączyła się z miękkimi ziemniakami. Nie oszukujmy się, że roślinnym serom jeszcze daleko do ideału. Tu wegańska mozzarella była tylko dodatkiem. Dopełniała całości swoją kremowością. Mogłoby jej równie dobrze nie być. Bo jak są dobre ciasto i sos, to nawet klasyczna Marinara będzie poezją.
