This consisted of buttery, meaty soy curls tossed in house-made Fresno chili hot sauce on shredded lettuce with carrot and celery slaw, tomatoes, red onion, and bold, sharp, and tangy plant-based blue cheese, which is what I had, or equally delicious ranch, plus Mama Lil’s peppers, on a spicy mayo-dressed golden brown Vietnamese style French roll. Rad Magic Subs is located in #seportland and is entirely #vegan . They started out as a food cart but now have a super cute brick & mortar with seating and rad magical art too. This Cran Deluxe Sub is tasty and has a lot of crunchy textures thanks to the generous amount of fried onions in addition to the chewy bread and soft deli meat.
