I honestly would not usually go for the veg option but my mom bought this for me and I love it! P.S. the furikake and tobiko toppings are not vegan but you can opt for alternatives. I tried this with all the options but in hindsight wished I’d held off on the seaweed which was just a bit too much for me (personal preference).
