This was the greatest pizza place in Minneapolis! The use of the Herbivorous Butcher's cheese was amazing. It melted so perfectly! I loved the mushroom and onion as well and it had a perfect, salty wood fired crust 😋

This was my first time here and it was amazing. I added artichokes also. The crust was so good, thin but chewy (in a good way). They use Herbivorous Butcher meats and cheeses. Perfect size too, pizzas come in one size enough for one person or for sharing. #roosterredemption #herbivorousbutcher

Toasted bread topped with vegan mozzarella, diced tomatoes, oregano, black pepper and extra virgin olive oil. I ordered from Bite Squad and by the time it arrived the plastic container had a lot of condensation so the bread was not that crisp. The flavor was really good though and I would definitely order it in the restaurant.

The Diavola has vegan salami, pepperoncini, olives, vegan mozzarella, cracked red pepper and basil. The vegan meats and cheeses that Pizza Nea uses come from the Herbivorous Butcher and they are always delicious. I liked the balance of flavors on this pizza a lot.

The Capricciosa pizza has sautéed portabellas, artichokes, vegan prosciutto & sausage, capers, vegan mozzarella, and basil. Pizza Nea uses meat and cheese substitutes from The Herbivorous Butcher so the flavors and textures are great. For me, the balance of toppings is perfect. It’s a little pricey with the vegan substitutes but worth it.
