Holy guacamole this was beyond amazing 🤤 I may be a sucker for oats in general but these were next level! Vanilla cooked oats, caramelised banana, peanut butter, chia seeds, toasted almonds, syrup and oat milk for R75. 🌱

Amazing black bean burger from Ou Meul for R95! Not too much extra fluff on it but honestly, it didn’t really need it because it was delicious. Did disintegrate a little but still incredible. The fries were excellent too 🌱

I honestly thoroughly loved this meal! It's hearty, tasty, and great value for money. It's the perfect sized portion - could even split it into two meal portions. I served it with rice. I'd buy this again and even freeze them for convenience. 11/10!

This is by far the very best vegan pie I have ever tasted. Gosh it was hard writing that as I have been a firm supporter of peregrine pies… and this was better 😱😊🥰 so ridiculously glad I also bought the family sized pie for this week 🎉

The health bowl at Ou Meul is amazing! Served with lemon tahini dressing, quinoa, spiral carrots and courgette, rocket, vegan cashew nut cream cheese, coriander and chilli pesto and toasted mixed seeds. Their coffee is also good!
