One of the first times I can honestly put 5 stars for nutrition haha I truly did feel nourished after this! I subbed the eggs for tempeh to make it vegan and the sourdough toast for the seed toast cuz my friend recommended it! Everything was so fresh and flavourful and almost everything on the menu can be made vegan!

Always love the Nourish menu! The Golden Benny is sweet potato wedges, spring veg (cauli), greens (kale), turmeric cashew hollandaise, dukkah sprinkles and tempeh. Side of seeded bread, toasted. ➡️➡️ for a close up

Excellent dish. Filling and flavorful. The kale was done just right, the sweet potatoes were such a nice sweet addition to the savoury dish and the tempeh was so good! I don't normally like tempeh but this was good! I also had the matchalicious matcha tea and it was so good! Sweetened with a touch of maple and a sprinkle of rose petals and turmeric were fantastic.

I cannot wait to have this again. The beet and carrot blend was sweet and savoury. The cashew hollandaise is perfect.

The sandwich was so big that I wasn't sure how to eat it. It had delicious cauliflower as well as other roasted vegetables and cashew cheese. Yum!

Absolutely delish! Kale, mushrooms, onion and tempeh on baked sweet potato, topped with a tumeric cashew hollandaise. Everything was perfectly prepared, the flavour combination worked and the portion was generous.

A solid vegan brunch option in Victoria. While the portions are fairly small and the cost a bit high, you are paying for the ambiance of the restaurant and the high quality food. The flavours of this dish were nice, but I would not call it a “Benny”- more of roasted veg topped with tempeh and a creamy turmeric cashew sauce.
