C Cafe has rebranded themselves to Nimbus. The interiors have changed to an elegant and cosy space. Gorgeous latte art still remain at Nimbus. This matcha latte with oat milk had a great balance of matcha and oat milk. Sweetness level is just right.

This Saturday morning, as the family sleeps, I once again “intentionally” wandered to the cafe which provided me a most sumptuous vegan breakfast fix last weekend. This morning, the cafe specially created a mushroom sourdough toast with a leafy salad side. Paired with an oat milk flat white, this heathy vegan breakfast is delicious and highly recommended. Happy weekend friends!

Easy to order healthy tasty vegan breakfast, by holding off the feta cheese. Tastes fantastic! I’m not a food nor vegan expert but this is a place I will re-visit plus a dish I will re-order.

A pleasant dish but not worth the money. Pros: very crisp toast, yummy hummus, very generous amount of avocado Cons: expensive considering the presentation and portion size
