This dish was so good I ate it twice during our three days in #prague ! The falafel was perfectly crispy and hot, the hummus was creamy and had a bed of high quality extra virgin olive oil for dipping, and everything was balanced out by the amazing pickled vegetables. I would come here all the time if I lived in Prague. Best falafel plate I’ve ever had.

Nel menù non hanno una fake meat vegana ma onestamente non ne ho sentito la mancanza. I falafel sono buoni e per nulla secchi, ma a rendere particolare e più interessante questo wrap sono sicuramente le verdure in salamoia fatte da loro. 🗓 marzo '25 - CHZ 199 (circa 8 euro)

Ristorante di specialità palestinesi, ambiente accogliente e informale, si ordina al bancone poi si viene serviti al tavolo. L'hummus è sicuramente uno tra i più buoni mangiati ultimamente, liscio come una pomata e ricco di tahina. Anche i falafel sono molto buoni, con una crosta croccante e l'interno morbido e per nulla secco, non troppo speziati. Il piatto viene servito con un cestino di pane arabo che mi sono scordata di fotografare. 🗓 marzo '25 - CZK 195 (circa 7,80 euro)
