This dish is packed with so much good stuff - quinoa noodles, miso broth, green peas, tofu, root veggies, and peas shoots. I really wanted to love it but maybe it was just the wrong dish to order on a hot day and the restaurant was a bit hot inside. I do love this place, they have a great sense of humor, even call their tofu “free-range” lol 😂 #lebotaniste #nyc #ues #soup #noodles

This was so hearty and satisfying!! It consists of coconut brown rice, curry, some kimchi, and zucchini! The coconut flavor came through in a way that wasn’t overpowering the dish, but just right. I wished the curry had a bit more ingredients, but it was so creamy, and complemented the rice so well!

Tibetan Mama- Brown rice, coconut peanut butter curry sauce, steamed greens and ghentse kimchi - around $15. I substituted base for cauliflower rice (extra $1). I liked the combination of kimuchi and the coconut curry. They have a worldly menu which the food is all tasty with clean ingredients. I think this place totally satisfies non-vegan people so I come here often. All of my non-vegan coworkers enjoyed their food too.
