It doesn’t exactly taste like cheese, but more like potato with spices, which is probably a lot healthier than your typical junk food style vegan mac n cheese. This dish is off their special Vietnamese portion of the menu that needs to be ordered in advance. It’s a local specialty made with thick noodles, and veganized with fried rice crackers, mushroom, vegan ham, herbs, and veggies. Very delicious and filling.Cao Lau
