Wow such a delicious bowl of ramen! Made with vegetable broth, tofu, onion, green onion, spinach, crispy onion, garlic chips, garlic oil, chili oil and sesame seeds. Served with thick noodles. $18 It was a big bowl of ramen and so flavorful! JINYA has a vegan section on their menu that includes a ramen with both tofu and impossible beef, impossible tacos, an impossibly rice bowl, and a couple appetizers. I would definitely go back! #veganramen
