
This a bowl full of roasted sweet potatoes, sautéed kale, seasoned black beans, pesto brown rice, and topped off with turmeric tahini dressing, pepitas, and pickled onion. I also opted to add on curried cauliflower which is flavorful for so chopped up it doesn’t look like cauliflower, which I don’t love. I’d definitely prefer larger roasted florets. I’ve ordered this dish twice. It’s nutritious and a large portion that can be added to for some leftovers the next day (pic 2).
