A nice variety mixed platter of sushi. ‘salmon’ was substituted by marinated tomato, ‘scallops’ substituted by mushrooms and some sort of plant based meat. #thailand #sushilover #sushi

Another phenomenal flavour bomb. The crab salad sushi was shockingly close to crab, had an amazing creamy flavour. And the spicy tuna was also so much like the real thing, the texture was so crazy!! I definitely need to come back here!

Vegan or not, this is the best sushi I have ever had in my life. I am amazed at how accurate they can get the textures and flavours so spot on. These were so gentle in flavour but so perfectly done. Came with a maguro tobiko, unagi, hotate caviar, spicy hotate, and fish tempura. My favourites might have been the unagi and the “raw scallop” one. So much umami.

I don’t know what this crispy fish is made of, but it is soooo delicious. Light and crispy and flaky with a sweet and savoury teriyaki sauce, paired with some really nice pickled elements. This place is fantastic.

A fancy sushi roll with eggplants and avo and some other yummy sauces! It wasn't so pretty because it was sent via Grab. It wasn't a very big roll for the higher price but it was pretty tasty! Worth trying this place out when in Bangkok.

As far as #caesarsalad goes this one is great! I was baffled however at the dressing to salad ratio because they were VERY generous with the dressing, it could have easily been enough for two salads of this size ! But the amount of greens was kinda pitiful. This can go into #stillhungry territory for sure ! Which is rare because we are all usually pining for more #saladdressing ! Or #sauce . It wasn't cheap at all but I was very glad to try this salad as a late night takeout ! #govegan #plantbasedbangkok #veganbangkok
