Wonderful spicy and savoury dish, stuffed with crunchy veg, perfectly cooked and seasoned in a salty, tangy, slightly sweet sauce. Perfect choice if you like some heat!

Massaman curry with coconut rice 🍚 🍛 topped with cashews. This is such a delicious curry and so well made, the rice too. I did however keep biting into the many chunks of star anise they had left in, making it quite unpleasant 😂
