I got this in addition to the spinach and leek pie, because I thought I'd still be hungry, but the pie was so filling! I had a few bites of this and it was definitely better than the pie. I am still pleasantly surprised when #glutenfree things taste good lol! This was also #vegan of course. This #broccoli and #Cheddar #quiche was sooooo good! The crust was delicious and the filling was yummy too. Not too salty and a great consistency. This was around $6. I will have the rest of it for part of my breakfast for tomorrow. I would #recommend this. :)

I only found this place thanks to the @abillion app! :) I went to yoga with a friend and she asked me to find a restaurant for lunch afterwards. There surprisingly wasn't a ton of vegan options at restaurants in the area #dobetter But I found this place on the app and they havd #veganoptions I was soooo excited to see a vegan spanakopita! I had 2 while in Greece like 5 years ago, and never since. I knew I had to get this! It technically was a #spinach and #leek #pie. It was around $7. It was HUGE and very filling. I didn't expect it to be. One thing about it was that it was insanely oily. I normally am of the belief that #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease, but this was too much grease in this case. It was legitimately dripping down my arms. It was waaaayyyy too oily. I felt sick for like 2 hours after eating this. It tasted decent going down, but the oil. Gosh. I will not be getting this again, but I'm glad I tried it. The flavour was nice overall and the pastry part was cool. The filling was even good. But the oil! THE OIL!

My girlfriend and I were just planning on getting some hot drinks at this cafe but when we saw they had a vegan spanakopita we couldn’t resist! And let me tell you this did not disappoint!! The flavours were right on point it was rich and delicious! I’ve made a similar thing before with tofu to replace the cheese. This didn’t have a cheese replacement but it didn’t need it and I didn’t feel like anything was missing. We’ve since been back for these and I’m sure we will be back soon! Oh also if you are at this cafe and like hot drinks but can’t drink coffee (even decaf like me😭) then try their beet latte! It’s much better than most beet lattes and it has a very pumpkin latte flavour. I think it has cardamom and cinnamon if my senses remember correctly!
