I was pretty blown away by the #veganized version of this dish! The cauliflower had a great flavour (but wasn’t crunchy), the #beethummus was delicious, and the sautéed #kale was mind blowingly good! This is essentially the only #veganoption at this restaurant, but it’s worth it! #cauliflower
