When I first read the breakdown, (Avocado, cucumber, mango, crispy tofu, sesame seed soy wrap, unagi sauce) I was somewhat concerned by the mango but it actually adds such a lovely bit of sweetmess while not over powering the rest. Wasn’t fully vegan without modifications however it is listed under the plant based section so very easy to veganize.
