My first vegan lemon grass dish and its delicious. Comes with a nice array of veggies and some rice. Another great dish from Do Chay.

Lemon grass tofu

Crunchy, salty, full of veggies, wrap it with the fresh lettuce and add the traditional sauce. Yum.

I saw eggplant listed and knew that I wanted to try this. It wasn’t the most flavourful dish, but the bok chow was nice. Roasted eggplant seems oily to me though unfortunately.

Black Garlic Eggplant

The thick noodles were really nice and the star of the dish was the vegan meatball braised in tomato. Also had shredded tofu. I was really impressed with all of the vegan dishes at this place.

Loved these vegan spring rolls. Wrapped nicely, full of yummy stuff and the ish sauce (vegan fish sauce) was so good. Nice & quite spicy 😋

I’ve never seen mushroom wings before. These were really amazing. They taste, feel and look just like wings. I’m very impressed. The garnishes were lovely too.

So much flavour! Lots of fresh veggies, small amount of seitan and rice noodles. But the star of this dish was definitely the creamy broth.

Satay Noodles

Deep fried oyster mushrooms in a batter in a tasty spicy sauce. Paired well with fresh cilantro and a pickled veg (I think it was bok choy) on the side. The more we ate the more we wanted. Different than the deep fried oyster mushrooms we’ve had elsewhere.

An amazing dish! The spring rolls were crispy, hot and fresh. You wrap them in a lettuce leaf and dip in the sweet and tangy sauce. The combination of textures and flavour was awesome! 10 out of 10 for sure!
