A few months ago, for my birthday, my friend sent me a refrigerated box and inside it contained two packages of Crafty Ramen's ramen that you can build at home!!!! What an incredible birthday present!!! The ramen was SO good. Everything was fresh and the star of the show was the black sesame-crusted tofu.

Very good vegan ramen. Dumplings have a cool citrus flavour. Great flavour in broth, a slight peppery flavour. Tastes a bit like lots of oil and mushrooms together. Noodles are nothing terribly special but taste fresh

Not a bad ramen! I liked that their take out containers were compostable. I got seaweed on the side which I added in. Their broth and tofu were really yummy, I just wish there were more.

I’m not sure what veggies the broth is made from but to me it tasted a lot like mushrooms. I prefer Kenzo Ramen.
