This was amazing! I’m a real sucker for anything with blue spirulina in it so I just had to get it for the prettiness factor. It turned out to be one of the best smoothie bowls I’ve had in Seville! The menu describes it as a base of blue spirulina, banana, coconut milk, and pineapple with a topping of fresh seasonal fruit, cashews, coconut, and red berries What came out was a topping of a superb diversity of fruit, which were strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, banana, desiccated coconut, cashews, nectarine, and mango. It even came with a little jar of honey-free granola on the side too for when the layer of fruit runs out! This was also surprisingly filling. Granted, it was the large serving, but my experience of smoothie bowls here have been very light and lacking true satiety afterwards. I told the staff I’m vegan and they rung it up clearly labelled as vegan for the kitchen to be extra safe, even though all the ingredients appear to be vegan anyway. I liked that. Easily the best smoothie bowl place in town.
