Banana Cashew Cake

I loved this cake. Full of taste but light in texture. On top there are some roasted cashew nuts and cream. Really worthy and recommended #vegancake #bananacake #cashews

This is a sweet ginger soda that actually feels a bit like kombucha. It has a nice balance between rich and refreshing.

The sauce is really good! And the spinach rice makes it feel healthier. The combination works really well.

越式烤蔬半熟蛋配咖喱湯拉麵

Order without the egg to veganize. This ramen curry has a very flavorful broth and plenty of vegetables - really enjoyable overall.

蒜香西蘭花檸檬pesto意粉

This was SO good. The pesto was not oily at all and instead more flavor and texture came from the broccoli. The lemon was also a nice touch.

海苔醬佐烤豆腐

This looks simple but it's really well made. The tofu is grilled to perfection and the seaweed sauce on top is sooo good.

台式蔥油雞肉拌麵

The best dish out of the three we had that day for sure. There are so many toppings and the sauce for the noodles was really good - flavorful but not overwhelming.

白酒蘑菇忌廉煎蛋煙斗粉

You can ask for a veganized version - I think it's just served without the egg. This pasta is actually really creamy and filling so it's best shared.

北印薯仔鷹嘴豆masala飯

The flavors are good but it's a little spicy for us. Lots of chickpeas so it's quite filling.

薑汁麥芽豆乳

I thought it was just okay. The ginger soymilk combo isn't anything new and I couldn't really taste the malt.

斯里蘭卡茄子masala香料飯

The masala is nice and flavorful, and pairs well with the rice. The portion is quite big though.

烤蔬天貝椰香香菇菌芥末燴飯

I really enjoy the generous amount of toppings on this stewed rice, which is flavorful but not heavy.
