I've used this Oat Block, which is quite new product in Finland :), instead of tofu in some of the dishes I prepare. (e.g. palak 'paneer') It works well and I really liked the texture.. similar to tofu but tastes more sour. High protein as well. Yosa Oat brand has recipes on their page. I also used this to make nofish sticks, which turned out awesome. (See photo)
