I made Pink Beetroot Pesto pasta with sautéed mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and spinach. This
is one of the first products I’ve bought from the Wicked Kitchen brand. This stuff tastes amazing and is very unique! It’s got a great unexpected smoky flavor to it that makes the dish really delicious. It’s perfectly creamy as well. The beet flavor is not at all overpowering. I couldn’t really taste it as much as I would think with a bright pink jar, so if you’re not a big beet fan, no worries. The cashew and garlic flavors tasted great blended with that hint of smokiness. The pink color is bright and colorful, and makes a cool change to regular looking pastas. I look forward to trying it in other ways too. Only $3.99, small jar, but can cover a lot of pasta. I will definitely buy this again!

Pink pasta! Ngl, when I first tried this #pesto I hadn’t realised it would be
so smoky - couldn’t taste any #beetroot. By itself it tasted like smoky bbq crisps! But, when I ate it with pasta and veggies the flavour actually went perfectly and it also made my meal look a lot more interesting :) £2 at Tesco - I recommend!

I was surprised by how good this tasted - think of it more as a
creamy sauce than a pesto. Couldn’t detect any beetroot flavour. The pink colour on pasta isn’t the most enticing, but it is fun and special. It’s a small glass so we needed 2 to fully cover a box of pasta. #veganisnotscary 57/90 #pesto

This is pink, so I had to try it! It has a really nice, slightly
smoky flavour, and pink pasta is a novelty, but it didn’t remind me that much of basil or red pesto, I feel like it could be even richer with more of a kick to it.. Overall though it was nice and fun and I’d get it again #pink #pesto #beetroot
