Vitamin D3

Took this when I was found to be deficient in vitamin D while I was expecting. With 180 capsules, this bottle lasted me for 3 months, during which it was helpful in increasing the level of vitamin D required for my pregnancy.

Acquiring Vitamin D naturally from sunlight is always my preference. As an added measure, especially that I'm small boned, I supplement with these daily and have been satisfied with the results.

I got strawberry flavored vitamins and they taste great.
