Vietnamese Pho

As everyone else has said, these are not as good as at the pho restaurant, and are high in sodium….however, they are a great place keeper on a cold day if you don’t wanna go out. I thought it was good.

Vietnamese style Pho soup with rice noodles! Oh so good on this dreary chilly day! I only added half the seasoning packet (sodium is high). I also added the dried veggie packet, 1/2 a lime and some hot sauce!! Yum!!! 🍜

The soup is okay. Not as flavorful as the phone you get in restaurants and portions were small.

I was at first super excited to try these since I'm a huge fan of pho, but it was a huge let down. The flavoring oil packet is absolutely disgusting. It's fishy and tastes like gas. The soup base is a little better but still not great. I recommend leaving the oil out and just eating the noodle by itself. There's also not a lot of noodle in the bowl. The bowl is pretty cute though.

I got this at Costco on sale, and it is so delicious! The main downside to this is that the sodium is really high. But overall this is so tasty and delicious.
