Visually stunning and brilliant concept - pieces of colourful vegetable transformed into salty, savoury, crispy #chips!! We have yellow sweet potato, green radish, broccoli, green beans, beautiful beetroot, and shiitake mushrooms. However, I think this probably contains palm oil, as the ingredients just list a non-specific 'vegetable oil'.
