I haven’t had a bao bun for a while and stumbled across this on the kid week shop. Nice little appetiser or side dish. Possible a snack, it’s such a quick make meal.
Really quick to make, really tasty, added a little more spice. It would go well with a good salad, vegan Thai slaw maybe. Maybe some pickles… I’m hungry again now…
