Okay I know vegetable and canola oils are horrible for you, but I do buy them for baking every once in a while. It’s a lot cheaper to make cookies with an oil base rather than a margarine base. The oil doesn’t add any greasiness or odd flavor to the cookies. Pictured are homemade sugar cookies with a lemon glaze. They turned out super soft and fluffy! #oil #veganbaking #vegancooking
