It’s light on the sauce, cheese, and toppings and thus more bread-forward. The dough is hand tossed and with a light toasting ends up more soft with a chew or can be a little crisper if left longer. Overall I would get it again. You may not be a fan if you like more sauce and toppings.

I was elated to see that Sprouts now sells two varieties of vegan pizza in their refrigerated prepared foods section. I selected this roasted vegetable version but there is also a vegan sausage variety. It’s pretty challenging to beat homemade or restaurant pizza but this was definitely an excellent store bought portion! As someone who doesn’t care for vegan cheese shreds, I was happy that this cheese didn’t have any odd flavors and was just neutral even though it didn’t melt all that well. The crust was light but still a bit pillowy; it could certainly crisp up it baked longer. I enjoy the flavors of the veggies and sauce and just wish there had been more veggies. I added some crumbled and sautéed Beyond Meat Sweet Italian sausage for protein. Definitely a fun and tasty find for an easy meal! $8.99 at Sprouts #pizza #veganpizza #sprouts
