Vegan collagen

I went through a time where I lost 75% of my hair in two months. I’ve been taking these along with iron pills and vitamin C and after 3 1/2 years 60% of my hair has grown back. It’s also helped my nails. 

I add this to smoothies or my vegan yogurt. You can’t taste it and it has a good texture.
