Vegan Cheesy Cheddar Sweet Potato Puffs

i got these from a sprouts BOGO sale and thought i’d be more impressed. first of all, when i grabbed the bag i was pretty surprised to find it was only about halfway full. i don’t know how 4 servings is realistic for a smaller bag filled mostly with air, especially for the price! while i really enjoyed the cheesy flavor and it was reminiscent of a cheese puff, i found the texture to be a little denser than what i was expecting. it is definitely not cheese puff texture. i really wanted to like these, but i don’t think i enjoyed the taste enough to make up for the texture, value, or price 😭 #vegansnacks

These were tasty! I enjoy the cheesy flavor, though as with most cheese puffs, I wish it was a bit stronger. The little puff shape of these is cute. The texture is more dense than a typical puff, unfortunately —though it’s not as tough as some “protein” brands I’ve tried. My favorite vegan cheez puff, good cheddar like flavor that maintains sharpness. Filling for chips. Gets a little gummed up in your teeth but that's the sacrifice we make for any puff snack.

I'm not a big fan of #sweetpotato but my wife bought this and I tried them. They were a little bit better than expected, flavor wasn't huge but they were ok, I ate a good bunch. Not my kind of #snack and they don't taste like #cheddar but they were good. We bought this product at a CVS store looking for something else, and they were only like $3 I think. I wouldn't buy them again but if my wife does I'd eat them haha. Don't know much about this brand to comment about how vegan-friendly it is, but from what I've seen on abillion, seems to be. The puffs were smaller than I expected but I was pleasantly surprised by how puffy they were! Not as hard as a regular cheetoh. Great cheesy flavor. I think they could fool a non vegan. Will buy again when a craving hits.
