Vegan Beef Jerky

I'm not sure I'd refer to this as #beefjerky 🤨 Maybe it's an optical thing as the colour was too light, or maybe it was a form factor thing where this looked too stringy and vegan fish-like. They were really tough and chewy actually, definitely need to eat each strip/piece in one go, not super useful for what I was trying to do 😅 Not a particularly beefy flavour either 😐 Picked this up from Energize at Vegfest
