The texture is great! The taste is quite bland, a hint of apple cider vinegar which is also listed in the ingredients. Just some mozarella aroma would likely totally finish this cheese. The texture is super nice mostly with the Tomato and mozarella, jum. On the pizza it just dried out a little even though it was still a nice topping. Way to go!

Like a mozzarella bar to cut into slices - I'm glad to further experiment here. It's not cheap, so better treat it as a treat. Not widely available (yet) sadly. I bought it at Ekoplaza
A bit better then the average coconut grated mozzarella, but definitely not there, nor with flavor or consistency... Still a lot to work on.
Buona sulla pizza e come sapore e anche col pomodoro
Ho assaggiato quella affumicata. Sapore e odore ricordano tantissimo la provola affumicata appunto, la consistenza la definirei simile alla ricotta. Abbastanza gradevole. L’ho messa a crudo sulla pizza e ci stava abbastanza bene in piccole quantità.
