Vantastic Schnetzel aus Soja

Soia texturizada en tiras. Está moi rico e fácil de preparar

i love these strips of dried #tofu - especially for #vegantravel because they they are so lightweight. they cook up quickly, absorb flavor well and have a great texture. i bought them in bulk at #veganstall83 in testaccio. my favorite #veganstore - the owner is so friendly and helpful and there is so much selection in a tiny spot. i cooked them fresh local produce from the #farmersmarket seasoned with homemade chili powder ( @federicathewitch se mai ci incontriamo ti offro un po' del mio curry fatto a casa). last foto is because i love 🐝 & 🌸

Found this value pack at the vegan store in Helsinki. Good soy proteins and needs to be cooked and spiced well or doesn’t taste too good.
