I love this soya chunks! To hidrate, I boil it twice with a splash of
vinegar. It is so good to make a curry or a stroganoff.

Great way to add protein to a meal and the texture was really nice but
not very flavourful. Tasted really good in an already flavourful meal and could aldi probably be marinated for extra flavour power
Found these in the asda plant based section. Thought I’d give it a try for
a change from tofu. It was really easy to made (soak for 15mins & then cook). I seasoned some with paprika & nooch and added it to my dinner bowl, really enjoyed. It has a spongy texture which others may not like, but I did~From Asda.🌱

I found this at Asda and cooked them in a curry and they are great!
Perfect size and texture! I boiled them in veg stock for like 20 mins and rinsed them before adding them in the curry to remove any bitterness and they came out perfectly!

A versatile product, can be used in casseroles, curry's etc today I'm using them in
a hotpot, also good hydrated in gravy or bouillon then air fried for a crunch.
