Traditional Seitan Strips

You definitely need to season these a bit , but once you do and you fry them up, they really taste delicious. They get a big crispy if you cook them longer or stay softer if you cook them less

As I had Seitan rice dish which I liked from tuk tuck take out place in Long Island city . I wanted to make so got this from grocery store . I made quick small lunch for myself . . It was so salty I didn’t add any salt still couldn’t balance .😘 I eat it but wouldn’t but this one . 👎

Mediocre product. Not terrible but also not great. Filling and good source of protein. Added it to rice, veggies and kimchi

These seitan strips are okay as far as seitan goes. Nice flavor, not too bad of a texture once it's been heated in a sauce. It adds a nice chewy texture to sauteed veggies.
