Me lo aspettavo più morbido ma comunque è buono, ottimo anche nel ramen.
Buona la consistenza, lo faccio marinare per qualche ora e poi spadello, oppure impanato e poi nella friggitrice ad aria
molto buono. ho tagliato il panetto in due e l'ho panato con farina di polenta, filo d'olio e dorato in padella.
