Unlike some of VGs other sausage products these are gluten free ~ so definitely a great option for anyone not able to have vital wheat gluten/seitan ingredients.
Served these with spud mash, hot sauce and spice roasted cauliflower but really looking forward to trying these again in the summer on a BBQ.

sausage and it was the best sausage I have had. Unfortunately it is quite expensive though, but worth it for the occasional treat.
