this tastes a lot like the Smart Ones Santa Fe Rice & Beans frozen meal
(not vegan) for reference if you've ever had that. i don't have any complaints about it.
i just found meals from this brand available near me for the first time and was disappointed that this brand isn't all-vegan. i was under the impression they were... boo👎

This is really hearty and cheezy. Totally delicious and convenient.
I added a little hot sauce
and pickled jalapeños. I think it would also be good topped with shredded lettuce and tomatoes!
It has a ton of soy crumbles-lots of texture.
Very cool company! They actually Plant, Grow and Manufacture their products.
They also focus on using sustainably sourced ingredients.
