There were 2 options to this Sweet Chili Sauce: one for chicken and one for spring rolls. I deliberately chose the one for “spring roll” strictly out of principle. The sauce is definitely sweet; the first ingredient is sugar. But it has a nice kick to it. Nutritionally, there’s no benefit to this sauce, unless there’s a health benefit to sugar and sodium. But it is good!! It’s a nice alternative to your typical hot sauce or plum sauce. As a bonus, it comes in a glass bottle, not a plastic bottle (not all plastics are recyclable). So the bottle will eventually be recycled! I would definitely get this again.
