They aren’t joking about it being super firm tofu! The first thing I tried to make was a tofu scramble (I wanted one so bad) which was a failed experiment, this is far too firm for that. But it was GREAT for sautéing and also in a soup I made! It really holds its texture well #veganisnotscary 71/90
