Strawberry Banana Coconut Milk Yogurt Alternative

Because my room has a fridge, I went out and purchased several perishable items (which I’ve recently reviewed) to keep in the fridge as a means of not having to dine out as often. I do this not only to save money, but also to improve the healthiness of the food I’ll eat this week.  So at Target, I bought a couple of these yogurt alternatives from So Delicious for $1.99 US each. These are absolutely delicious. I love the strawberry and banana combination. The yogurt itself is very smooth and creamy. Because it’s made with coconut milk, there’s a hint of coconut in it as well, which wonderfully complements the strawberry and banana.  It’s a great source of vitamin B12, calcium and vitamin D. Unfortunately, there’s too much sugar in it (16 of the 17 grams of sugar are added!). There must be a way of making this yogurt delicious without all that sugar.  I would definitely get this again. In fact, I’ll probably get more of it later this week. 

Interesting, gonna but this yogurt alternative, so smooth and delicious.

VERY yummy!! SO Delicious has yet to disappoint me with their yogurts. this one is just the right amount of sweet, and strawberry+banana is an iconic combo!
