This is one of the only really clean, wfpb as well as vegan breads available off the shelf. I used to think it was pricey until I compared the nutrition and price per 100 grams of blah nutritionally void white bread. Squirrely for the win! I love this stuff. Keep a loaf in the freezer for sandwiches.
I liked this bread. Not so heavy, good for an avocado toast. Its always better to do it homemade but when there’s no time I have it frozen.
