I love adding tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocado to this spring mix for salads. It does go bad pretty quickly though.
I get this spring mix at Aldis it’s always fresh and crispy and $399 it’s a great price . I like it better then earthbound
This is another post I’m making to simply prove I don’t just eat ice cream. Got this for some cold cut sandwiches. Cheap, easy and nutritious! Had it with violife cheese and some tofurkey hickory smoked slices. Also vegenaise and tomato!
