Sol Cuisine Sunflower Beet Vegan Burger

Great to mash up with balsamic vinegar/nut yeast and toss on toast for breakfast

This may be my new favourite Sol Cuisine product, which is saying a lot. I'm a big fan! They are very dense, very filling, and very flavorful.

I love beets so this was a nice surprise. I cooked them and added them to a Buddha bowl.

These vegan burgers are so good and and have the added beet taste if you are a beet lover like myself

It was an okay burger. Nothing really that special but I did appreciate that it didn’t dry out when I cooked it in the oven.
