Our artisanal cheese. A beautiful smoky flavour intermingled with the freshly cracked pink and black peppercorns. Great for a cheese board, add onto sarmies or onto a oven baked dish, or simply on crackers for a quick snack.

This is the most delicious product in the irene’s range i’ve tried so far - the smoky flavour is fantastic, and it melts well.
Only cheese I will eat. Amazing with crackers as a platter cheese.
